1. Q.  I run a small business which only produces about 1-2 bin-bags of waste per week surely you wouldn't be interested in such a small contract?
2. A.  We have many customers who are small many of whom only have 1-2 bin-bags per week we also service large businesses who produce over a tonne of waste per week.  We would be happy to hear from you.
   
3. Q. My current waste management company charges me for 'Duty of Care charges' and or 'Landfill charges' yet you say Trash Express have no hidden costs? 
4. A. We do not charge our customers 'Duty of Care' charges or 'Landfill' charges. We don't charge you 'Contract Fee's' either. All you pay is for your waste to be collected. There are no hidden costs with Trash Express whatsoever!
5. Q.  Can you supply me with a bin?
6. A.  Trash Express will supply you with a bin 'Free of Charge'  Many other waste management company's charge you a daily bin rental. All size bins available. 
7. Q.  My business is based in Liverpool and Liverpool City Council empty my bins at the moment do I have to keep with the council?
8. A.   No. Many customers who come to us have previously been with the council. We are registered with the local councils (Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, Halton, Wirral) to collect waste (although we have no connection to any council) so you don't have to use the council to collect your waste you're free to go any licenced waste company!  
9. Do you recyle?
10. Yes we recycle as much of your waste as we can. We are currntly recycling -Glass Bottles - Paper - Cardboard - PCV - High DensityPolythene - Low Density Polythene - Polyethylene terephthalate -  Polypropylene - Metals Waste cooking oils and Fat.

* IMPORTANT - WHAT WE DO REQUIRE FROM YOU *

You must produce at least one bag per week or pay £1.00. It costs us money to call to your place of business and to be told 'We have no rubbish this week' is not acceptable. Any business who goes more than 2 weeks in any 12 month period without producing waste will have their 'Duty of care' withdrawn.

Our prices are based on standard sized bin bags if you use larger bin bags then you will be charged accordingly. Some people have tried giving us a huge bin bag with 2,3 or 4 bin bags inside it and expect us to take it for £1.00 this is not possible as we pay to tip your waste on weight not quantity.
